Founded and led by Alexandra Stock, South Coast’s Best Student Patisserie Chef 2012 and Best Small Business Portsmouth 2020, The Pastry Corner is driven by a deep appreciation for flavour, craftsmanship, and artistry. Alexandra’s philosophy is simple: exceptional patisserie must be as exquisite in taste as it is in appearance.
